May 3rd 2025: Cry our Beloved Country.In the silence of the night, when the world turns its gaze elsewhere, our soil bleeds. The cries of children, the ashes of homes, the shattered dreams of generations—all buried beneath the noise of forgotten treaties and broken promises.

"Lamentations for a Wounded Nation" is not just poetry. It is a cry for justice. A tribute to the innocent. A mirror to the soul of South Sudan.

This is for Nasir. For Fangak. For the sons who never returned. For every mother who buried her child.
