Juba, South Sudan. In an astonishing development but not entirely unusual for south Sudan, the strongman Gen. Paul Malong took the knees to Salva Kiir Mayerdidt. He became the latest rebel leader to cave in after Riek Machar surrendered to Kiir gracefully through a none implement peace agreement that gave him the path to Juba with some dignities. Paul Malong however begged straight for amnesty and unconditional mending of his relationship with his former boss and took all the blames for what sored their relationships to include the loss of lives.
