PRESIDENT KIIR IS IN LOA, ATTENDING 100 CENTENARY OF LOA CATHOLIC CHURCH
Loa, 15 August 2021; Happening now, President Salva Kiir, Vice President James Wani, Dr. Benjemin Marial Barnaba Minister in the office of the President, Governor Louis Lobong governor of EES, and many other government dignitaries are all in Loa, celebrating the 100 Centenary of Loa Catholic Church.
Please stay tuned as we wait for the President's speech to the catholic faithful and Madi people who converged in Loa since the 9th of August.
The occasion of the celebration of the Loa Centenary brought thousands of Catholic faithful and other Christian believers to mark the 100 years of Loa Catholic Church establishment.
Loa Catholic was built in 1920 by the Italian Missionaries, the iconic church building survived all three wars, of 1956-1972, 1983-2005, and 2016-2018.
