Juba, 19 August 2019: As reported here on 9 August through a leak report, South Suda's President Salva Kiir has yet shocked the nation again, on Monday evening President who rules by decree has issued Presidential decree removing his Dinka Foreign Affairs and International cooperation Minister, Nhial Deng Nhial, replaced him with another Dinka. The outgoing former minister of Foreign affairs and International cooperation, Nhial Deng Nhial has been in the helmet since July 2018. 

In the same decree, President Kiir appoints Awut Deng Achuil as the replacement of Nhial Deng Nhial, there is no apparent reason given for the sacking of Mr. Nhial Deng who doubled as government chief negotiator. 

The inexperience Awut Deng Achuil who now will head the most powerful office has been holding the office of Social well-fare and gender 

Awut Deng Achuil who has no knowledge in the field of international affairs will be the first-ever female South Sudanese Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Minister. 

In the same Decree, President Kiir appointed Jemma Nunu Kumba, the acting secretary-general of the ruling SPLA/M party to head the ministry of gender and social welfare, replacing Awut Deng Achuil. 

In a related decree, Mr. Kiir appoints Alfred Akuoch Omoli, as the new minister of wildlife, replacing Jemma Nunu Kumba. 

Mr. Kiir also removed Rebecca Joshua Okwaci, the minister of Roads and Bridges, meanwhile, Mr. Kiir appoints Simon Mijok Mijak was as the new minister of roads and bridges. There is no new assignment given to the outgoing Minister of roads and bridges. 

Mr. Kiir also removed state governor of Twic, governor Atem Madut Yak replaced him with Jacob Madhol Lang, and Akobo state got a new governor after barely a month of the death of Akobo governor. 

This reporter has reached out to our informant who leaked the news of the expected cabinet reshuffle on 9 August 2019, he, however, said this is the beginning he insists that more reshuffles are about the unfold this will including big fishes the likes of vice President Igga, security Minister Obutu Mamar, etc.
