NATION SECURITY SERVICE OFFICIERS DETAINED FORMER GOVERNOR OF FANGAK, JAMES KOK RUEI IN JUBA AIRPORT

Juba, 12 February 2018: James Kok Ruei the former governor of Fangak state was detained at the airport runway when the plane he was traveling in was about to take off at Juba International Airport. The order to detain James Kok Ruei by the National Security Agents is said to have come from above, though it is not yet clear who issued the order which nearly put the lives of other passengers in the plane in danger. Aviation officials who works in Juba International airport spoke to this reporter in condition of anonymity stating that unlearned action of the officers of NSS could have cause lives since the flight was clear for taking off to pave away for an incoming flights to land, "this could have cause collision between the taking off flights and incoming flights" he said. 

James Kok according to the source close to NSS is said to have been communicating with Gen. Paul Malong Awan. He recently met Gen. Paul Malong Awan physically in Nairobi, Kenya the source revealed.  

James Kok’s communication records indicated that he has been in contact with former detainees also known as the “G-10”. His plan to travel to Kampala yesterday was to meet Mac Paul. The security agents tracked his moves and he was detained yesterday as a result. All these happened after he was removed from the Governorship and replaced with John Kong Nyuon as the Governor of Fangak State. He is now in his house in Juba under the supervision of the National Security while the investigation is underway revealed the source.
