SOUTH SUDANESE REFUGEES IN ADJUMANI, SAID HAVE NO FAITH IN NATIONAL DIALOGUE

Adjumani, 26, November 2017; Number of south Sudanese politicians including the area members of Parliament [MPs] some from Pageri Dysfunctional County, area MPs Florence Utua,  and Aventore Bilal Kenyi, the divisive figure at the center of converting Nimule into township without consulting Madi people in 2014, were dispatched by Torit and Juba to consult selected members of Refugees in Adjumani refugee camps.

As the meeting with selected members among the refugees to convince Madi people to return to South Sudan was held in closed doors in undiscovered location, what had been discussed with selected members during the meeting was kept in absolute secrecy.

However, source close to the delegation for the National Dialogue revealed to this reporter that the team of National Dialogue briefed the selected members of the refugees on their mission. And it was mainly believed that they tried to sell the agenda of convincing people to go back to South Sudan.

Nevertheless, the details of the closed-door meeting remained unknown, and it is unclear how the delegation was received by the selected members, however, overwhelming refugee communities in Adjumani said they have no faith in the so called National Dialogue the delegation send to the camps.
