SPLA-IO MILITARY SPOKESPERSON BRIG. GEN GATJIATH URGED THE SUPPORTERS TO BE CALM, AND REASSURED THEM ABOUT THE SAFETY OF PAGAK GENERAL HQs

Pagak, 13 July 2017: SPLA-IO military spokesperson, Brig General William Gatjaath Deng reassured supporters and sympathizers of the SPLA-IO both in the country and outside not to worry about what he described as propaganda and white lies of Juba regime. He said Pagak General HQs is safe and stable. “ Do not get worry on the current situation in Gajaak Land. Today the stranded troops of the merciless forces of Salva Kiir that always use white propaganda claimed to have approached 25km to Maiwut and Pagak have completely got their fate after three hours dogfight” reads the message he sends out to reassure the supporters.

As a result this afternoon, the genocidal forces and the barbaric atrocities makers had gotten their fate and severely beaten after they were trying to advance toward Maiwut but repulsed, disintegrated and pursued to Wichluakjak where their military vehicles deeply sunken in to the muddy soil in Thocdeng” he added.

General Gatjiath further said the regime's mission to recapture Maiwut and consequently plan to advance to Pagak is terminated, he said the regime mission to carry ethic cleansing in Maiwut and Pagak GHQs has completely failed.

He urged the sympathizers and supporters to calm down, because there is nothing to worry about since the Cdr Major General Khor Chuol Giet of Division five and Brig Daniel Gatbel Kuach of Pagak HQs are doing excellent job.

Calm down! the gallant SPLA-IO forces of Division five (5) commander the Lion-heart Comrade commander Major general Khor Chuol Giet and GHQs battalions commands by the other Lionheart Cdr. Brigadier Daniel Gatbel Kuach. The two commanders are doing a good job to protect the helpless population against the barbaric killing championed by Juba.
